Copyrights & Trademarks:

All rights to the logo designs and logo artwork created and designed by Liftoff Logos for a specific client belong solely to that client. Liftoff Logos does not retain any ownership rights to logo designs created for its clients.

Liftoff Logos does not file trademark applications for the logos designed for its clients. Clients are responsible for registering the logo designs created by Liftoff Logos as trademarks, should they wish to do so.

If payment for any logo design is not made in accordance with Liftoff Logos' payment policies, all rights to the logo design, including any trademark-related rights, will immediately revert to Liftoff Logos.

Liftoff Logos warrants that all designs are original creations and are not copied from or inspired by existing designs or trademarks. However, Liftoff Logos does not guarantee that a design identical or similar to one it has created does not already exist, as this may occur coincidentally and without the company's knowledge.

In the unlikely event that a logo or web design by Liftoff Logos resembles another party’s design, Liftoff Logos will offer a free redraw session and provide a new set of logo options.
